Job Opening – Relationship Manager

Pure Visibility is looking for a collaborative Relationship Manager to catalyze our growing team to provide prosperity and great service to our clients. The ideal candidate will combine personal warmth with strategic insight and organizational prowess.

Responsibilities

  • Primary client contact for multifaceted search marketing projects.
  • Ensure timely and organized launch for new projects
  • Prepare and lead client meetings
  • Coordinate with our analysts to provide timely and insightful reporting of online activities and responses to client questions
  • Plan project activities based on client needs and time required to provide quality deliverables
  • Provide task direction and delegation to project team
  • Responsible for delivery of quality services to clients while keeping a close eye on engagement scope and budget
  • Provide strategic vision for account and works with client to prioritize tactics within the overall strategy
  • Responsible for a portfolio of 10-20 projects spanning multiple clients. Able to negotiate multiple and sometimes competing client needs and schedules with graciousness, respect, and empathy for the client and our team.
  • Lead scope and budget planning for new engagements
  • Look for growth opportunities to help existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare budget estimates for new engagements based on prior data and team estimates for new activities
  • Dampen and buffer external and internal stressors to protect and build client relationships and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to responsiveness and great service
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow for team
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, preferably in an agency or consulting firm environment with a focus on account management and strategic planning for clients
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Working understanding of search engine optimization, PPC platforms, optimizing website conversion rates through user experience research, and gathering quantitative visitor behavior and business value from web analytics
  • Must have willingness to lend a hand and “play out of position” if needed to support our growing team
  • Must be team-oriented, quick to respond, willing to be wrong, collaborative, and enthusiastic
